This is hardly impressive. It took this gal 45 weeks, almost one year on BBG program to lose 10 or so pounds and tone up a bit? What a joke! Hahahahahahaha!!! What a joke. I can’t believe people this this is a great achievement.
The same or better results can be achieved by eating healthy, doing 30 minutes of cardio (bilking, treadmill, jogging, elliptical) 3 days a week for about 8-10 weeks along with light weight training (bicep curls, tricep extensions and crunches. That’s right, 8-10 weeks not 45!! Kayla’s guide and app are the biggest joke out there right now. It’s nothing more than a money making scam! I can’t believe all the fucking brain-dead morons that fall for this shit. It’s target marketing to girls and women who are insecure and have low self esteem.
Sorry but she looked just fine in the before pic . Skinny as a twig is not a good look. Skinny doesn’t mean healthy.
