It took one year for this gal to get these results? One year using Kayla’s guide to drop a few pounds and get disgustingly skinny, look unhealthy and look 5+ years older?!!??!? Wow! Where do I sign up? LOL
Her arms look the same, skinny, bony and untoned. Her legs and thighs look slightly smaller. She lost a few pounds (maybe 5, 10 max) in her mid-section, legs and thighs. She could have achieved the same results by doing some cardio, light weight training, strength training a few days a week for about 3 months! No crap app or silly guide needed! Just eat healthy/clean and work out. It’s rather simple!
