Her arms look the same, skinny, bony and untoned. Her legs and thighs look slightly smaller. She lost a few pounds (maybe 5, 10 max) in her mid-section, legs and thighs. She could have achieved the same results by doing some cardio, light weight training, strength training a few days a week for about 3 months! No crap app or silly guide needed! Just eat healthy/clean and work out. It’s rather simple!

Kayla is full of shit and losing credibility quickly (not that she had any to begin with). More and more people are seeing that she is full of shit, and will post anything, say anything in an attempt to brainwash young women and girls into buying her crap app or silly guide (which is here for free, by the way, for what it’s worth) –
She is only interested in making money. This is more like a 20 pound weight loss. The same or better results can be achieved by avoiding unhealthy foods, soda, processed crap, fast food, etc. and doing some cardio (treadmill, jogging, biking, walking) about 30-40 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week. This girl didn’t need a year to lose 20 pounds or so! What a fucking joke! She could have dropped 25+ pounds in 7-10 weeks just by doing cardio and eating healthy (which is the main thing for weight loss, more so than exercise). Kayla’s cult members need to wake up, stop drinking the Kayla Kool Aid! Losing weight isn’t rocket science. Eat clean/healthy get the fuck off the sofa and work out (cardio, light weight training, strength training). The pounds will melt off! There is a sucker born every minute, and Kayla likes that!
Kayla is so full of crap! She’s like the Joel Osteen of the fitness industry. She will say anything in order to get you to give her your money. She’s back peddling now in an attempt to justify why she posts 10+ ab selfies every week. She posts the pics to brainwash gullible, impressionable young women and girls into believing they must be stick thin and have abs like her in order to be happy and accepted. By the way it’s less fortunate “than” you, not “that”.
Kayla should practice what she preaches and help out those less fortunate than her. After all she is worth 1.5 million because of people less fortunate than her who fall for her sick target marketing and throw money at her. Charging $20-30 a month for a silly fitness app (that contains the same info that’s all over the internet for FREE) isn’t helping anybody. Advertising that your app has a free 7 day trial period but continue charging people for months after they cancel during the free trial isn’t helping anybody. Selling water bottles, ankle weights and foam rollers at prices 30%-60% higher than Amazon isn’t helping anybody. It’s called helping her bank account. It’s called highway robbery. It’s called greed. If you truly believe that Kayla cares about anything other than making money please message me. I have some oceanfront property in Arizona I’ll sell you cheap!

Is this a fucking joke?? This coming from someone who posts no less than 10 selfies a week on FB and IG! I’ve included screen shots of a few from this year (she’s removed most of them). Kayla’s entire brand is built on body image, selfies, and a BIKINI BODY GUIDE for God’s sake!!! She has a fitness app called Sweat with Kayla. Everything she promotes has to do with BODY IMAGE.
She creates body image paranoia in young, impressionable women and girls. She makes them feel as though happiness can be obtained only by achieving as what she defines as an acceptable body. These same girls made Kayla, a nobody from Adelaide, Australia, a millionaire by blindly following and endorsing her brand. This is sick target marketing. Period.

Notice in 9 out of 10 pics Kayla is hiding her face, always just focusing on her abs. This shows that she is insecure about something. Is she not happy with her face or nose? Emily always looks sexy, fit, confident, secure, happy, feminine, includes her face in all of her selfies even when she is wearing little to no makeup!

More and more people are catching on to Kayla’s BS target marketing. She is preying on the insecurities of young impressionable women and girls . She is brainwashing them into thinking they have to be skinny as a stick in order to be happy and accepted.
They also realize that $20 a month for a fitness app is a joke, ripoff . There are hundreds of FREE fitness/health/diet apps available. There is free info all over the internet on fitness , health and nutrition . It’s simple. Eat clean/healthy , do some cardio, light weight training and some strength training exercises and pounds will melt away bad you’ll get toned! 💪💪
